Gather never should have allowed people to delete comments from their posts. The "oh, poor me!" types should do themselves a favor and stay off social websites. Some people are so whiny.

I read your comment this morning. I wrote my piece. It took a great deal for me to come back on here and write after the passing of Nalita and also of my husband who was active on gather. We have many mutual friends but I have seen you around yet, do not really know you after all these years. Your comment reminded me about why I left.

Nip, let's try this once again. You have obviously misunderstood the focus of the title... It was referring to suicides of gays, not straight kids... That title was chosen due to Ian's "opinion" and concern that it was gay kids who were being driven to suicide and the reason they were, was due to inadequate or a lack of homosexual teaching in the schools... He his "opinion" is that all children must be taught, even if it's against their parent's wishes, about merits and normalcy of the homosexual and the homosexual lifestyle... When I said "it's no wonder," that's my own personal "opinion" of why some gay kids may consider or God forbid, choose that route.. My "opinion" was formed after spending considerable time researching this so called "required teaching" that young children were being subjected to. And again I will say, it's no wonder these poor kids are choosing to leave this world... God only knows what else they are being exposed to in their own homes!
